Welcome to Prakash Drycleaners. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Prakash Drycleaner’s Website and Services.

1. Acceptance of terms By accessing or using Prakash Drycleaner’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our website and services.
2. Services

• Prakash Drycleaners offers various cleaning and restoration services for garments, shoes, bags, and accessories. These services include but are not limited to dry cleaning, darning, carpet care, upholstery care, leather care, and shoe care.
• Every effort is made for removal of stains, 100% stain removal is not guaranteed and the customers shall not have any right to claim the deduction in the processing charges.
• The tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending upon the complexity of the garment, which will be communicated to the customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing unit.
• Delivery of every article must be taken within one month of due date. After expiry of one month the customer shall have to pay the cleaning charged which will become double in the second month and three times in the third month. We accept no liability if delivery is not taken within 3 months from the delivery date of the order.
• customers are requested to check the pockets thoroughly; we shall not be responsible for any loss arising on this account.

3. Payments and refunds

• Payments made for all our services are 100% non-refundable.
• In the case of duplicate transactions for the same order, one transaction will be refunded by the same mode of payment.

4. Liability and responsibilities

• Prakash Drycleaners is not responsible for any changes in the appearance or color of the product after the normal cleaning procedure.
• All articles are accepted at customer’s risk.
• We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/jewellery fittings on the garment.
• We shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, stains, breakage of buttons etc. becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear and tear and exposure to environment.
• Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, unless faced by unforeseen incidents of society, Force Majeure which is beyond our control, in such cases the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in charges.
• We accept no liability for any loss or damages to the articles/clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc. beyond conduct or any other unforeseen causes.
• We do not take responsibility for scars, veins, natural spots, or other imperfections becoming prominent after cleaning.

• We do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit for customers across India.

5. Urgent orders and express delivery

• For urgent orders, we offer Express Delivery options with additional charges.
• Orders picked up but not processed (due to non-acceptance of quoted prices) will incur an upfront charge.

6. Changes to orders

• Any changes to orders or additional services requested while an order is already under process are subject to approval by Prakash Drycleaners.

7. Delivery

• If a customer is absent at the time of delivery, it will be assumed, and the product will not be delivered.
• Prakash Drycleaners reserves the right to deal with products not delivered or unclaimed after a certain period.
• We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to articles in transit at the time of pickup or delivery.

8. Security and packing

• Customers are responsible for packing their products effectively to minimize damage during transit.

9. Limitation of liability

• Prakash Drycleaners is not responsible for damages arising from inherent defects in materials or inability to endure normal cleaning procedures.

10. Governing law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.
